Day 1: Sunday night  

6pm-9pm: The experience starts here in the perfect setting of Langdon Court in south Devon. You are just 20 minutes from the sea and are surrounded by glorious countryside. This is the start of your journey to explore your potential of health.

1) Introduction - juice on arrival; meet the small group of people also on the retreat; buddy up with one of them as part of our support system; and find out from the professionals at Healthserg what results will be achieved over the three days. This evening, we will be addressing the following:
  • Learn the Psychology of health?
  • What is it you really want from your health?
  • What is stopping you from getting what you want? Is it simply a case of not knowing what to do about it? A lack of motivation? Or lack of time? Or has taking the step to make positive changes not been a priority?
  • Know what you want - and then we can start to find out how to get it.
  • Beliefs on health and understanding the psychology of health.
  • What to expect from the next few days.  
  • Enjoy a power yoga session.

Day 2: Monday 
 Today, you will get tips on how to achieve your health potential from experts in their fields.

6.30-7.30am: An invigorating walk along the clifftops at the nearby South Devon coastline.

Day 3: Tuesday
 6.30am -  A coastal walk walk with Yoga
8-10am - Breakfast
10 -1pm  -  Newest Kinesiology techniques that will advance your health 
1-2 Lunch
2-4pm - Guest speakers-  Learn from the true experts in emotional psychology, improving your life by
understanding the words you use for communication - Austin Wise and Dawn Bailey
4.00-6.00am - Blood microscopy
6.30pm - Entertainment
 
Day 4: Wednesday

Discover what you really want and how to set about achieving it. Learn about mind management and the scale of emotional health - your emotions are a form of energy. Fix the feeling by moving the energy. 
 
6.30-7.30am: A coastal walk along the nearby clifftops with Yoga to energise

8-10am: Breakfast

10am-1pm:
Mind management: Managing emotion frequency:
  • What you want and how to get it.
  • Learn the strategies to a healthy mind.
1-2pm: Lunch and Blood microscopy

2-4pm: Action steps to forward progression. How to implement everything you have learnt and use it in your life.
